The Coigne Committee

The Coigne Nursery is a registered charity and governed by a Committee of trustees. The charity's constitution is referred to as a group constitution associated with PATA. The constitution describes the responsibilities of the Committee's trustees, and can be found at ? .

The Committee consists of the following trustees:-

(a) 3 officers (Chair, Secretary and Treasurer), and

(b) up to 9 elected members, and up to 3 co-opted members,

and shall meet as a minimum 3 times a year and approve examined accounts at the AGM.

Meet The Coigne Committee

Chair: Sarah Atkins

I joined the Coigne Committee in 2019 as the Safeguarding Officer whilst two of my sons were attending the nursery. I was elected to be Chair in June 2020 & am delighted to be able to continue supporting the Coigne nursery in everything they do.

Secretary: Hannah Saunders

I joined the Coigne Committee 6 years ago after moving to Minchinhampton to be closer to my daughter's family in Amberley. I attend the Baptist Church here & was invited to join having previously been the treasurer of another charity for 20 years.

I joined the Coigne as Secretary in June 2020 whilst both my children were attending the nursery. I am really pleased to still be an active member of the committee and to support the staff in their running of this fantastic nursery.

Meet the Team

Dedicated & Qualified

A big "hello" from the team at the Coigne Nursery! We are experienced early years practitioners with qualifications in childcare (NVQ 3) and early years teaching. We all hold paediatric first aid certificates, are DBS checked and hold the relevant level of Safeguarding training.

We are a dedicated, friendly and fun team who have worked together for several years. We enjoy being out and about in our spare time, dog walking, cycling, horse riding and gardening.
